The Artist
Made by Hand, Shaped by Fire
I've been throwing pots for over a decade, drawn to the meditative rhythm of centering clay and the unpredictable beauty of the kiln. Each piece is shaped by hand in my studio, fired in a wood-burning kiln, and finished with glazes I mix myself from local materials.
My work is influenced by Japanese mingei folk pottery and the American studio craft tradition — functional objects made with care, meant to be touched and used every day.
